Situation:

A leader in the precast shape industry decided to relocate in order to better serve their clientele. Minimizing downtime during the move was essential for the company to be able to meet customer demands.

Solution:

With the goal of a hassle-free start-up at their new location, the precast manufacturer relied on Stelter & Brinck to install and recommission their combustion equipment. They also asked S&B to upgrade an oven’s combustion system and controls for their new facility.

Results:

After the relocation was complete and the company’s equipment was up and running, the Vice President endorsed Stelter & Brinck- he explained that “S&B was so easy to work with! There was great communication between Stelter & Brinck and [their] team.” He stated, “Stelter & Brinck knows combustion; they are great at what they do! I will keep coming back.”

The VP kept his word- one year after relocation, he came back to Stelter & Brinck for another combustion system upgrade. In addition, the plant began to utilize S&B’s PM services on a regular basis to keep their equipment running at optimal capacity. The Vice President stated, “Stelter & Brinck’s service technicians are very knowledgeable and always take care us- they make our problems their problems- they address all of our concerns before leaving.” He went onto say, “I would recommend S&B- every Stelter & Brinck experience is positive, and they have been able to keep our equipment running better than ever!
