Each direct fired heater can be designed to be a low-emissions model and are used when a hot air source is needed for applications that are not sensitive to the by-products of combustion. Applications include drying, heat treating, sand or clay processing, printing or coating, cement production, composite curing, fertilizer production, ect. Regardless of the application, we have a direct-fired air heater to fit your process needs.

Our Gun Style Air Heaters are an excellent choice for industrial heating of recirculated or dirty airstreams. Gun style units utilize an external combustion blower providing a source of fresh combustion air and the flexibility of a wide turndown. The direct-fired AHGS air heaters are offered in a variety of trim levels ranging from a basic combustion system to a fully packaged process air heater.

These Duct Air Heaters are designed to fit in the process ductwork. The Fresh-Air Duct units are ideal for use on clean air streams, with or without preheat and over 18% oxygen. The Recirculating Duct Heaters are for use on dirty, hot or recirculated air streams.

Our Packaged Air Heaters are complete with burner, blower, flame safety controls, process temperature controls, and motor starters. Each process air heater is prepiped, prewired and test fired at design capacity; the user need only set the equipment in place and connect utilities at the single connection point and it is ready for startup.
