FACTORY-TESTED SYSTEMS TO SUPPORT INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING

At Stelter & Brinck, applicable combustion equipment can be inspected, tested, and, where feasible, test-fired at our facility before shipment.

Factory testing gives our team an opportunity to verify equipment operation, document important settings, and identify potential issues before equipment is installed at the customer's facility.

Depending on the equipment and project requirements, testing may include:

  • Final equipment inspection and quality-control checks
  • Verification of specified flow rates, temperatures, and operating parameters
  • Burner test-firing where feasible
  • Testing at full capacity or within available utility limitations
  • Individual testing of applicable safety circuits
  • Verification and documentation of factory limit and control settings
  • Recording applicable flow rates and test results
  • Customer observation of testing at our facility, when requested

Testing procedures and available capabilities vary based on the equipment, fuel, utilities, and project requirements.
