Description

Gun Style Air Heaters are ideal for those processes that require larger mass flows, higher temperatures, fuel oil operation or any combination thereof. The process air heater arrangement makes it ideal for low oxygen or dirty air streams.

Application examples include: drying, annealing, curing, heat treating and many more!

The unit is available with a gas only, and oil only, or combination gas/oil burner. A low emissions option is available for each type of gun style heater.

Stelter & Brinck direct-fired gun style heaters are completely packaged with combustion blowers, air heat burners, and controls. These industrial heaters offer the utmost in customer convenience with total prewired and prepiped assembly.

GUN STYLE HEATER FEATURES:
Gun style process air heaters are designed to be easy to use and install, among the features offered are:

• Structural steel skid mounted assembly.
• Integral control panel with annunciator, PID digital temperature control, FM approved high temperature limit, flame safety relay, main power disconnect, control transformer, and combustion blower motor starter. UL 508A priced per request.
• Optional remote control interface capability for use with PLC or DCS systems available.
• Built to meet your FM, CE, CSA, NFPA or GAP construction standard.
• Insulated combustion chamber.
• Test fired and tuned prior to shipment. On-site start-up available, as well as on-going heater maintenance.

Stelter & Brinck AHGS-O direct-fired gun style heaters are designed for use with light, medium, or heavy fuel oils. Our AHGS-O process air heaters feature a ceramic fiber refractory lined shell with an inner liner or a castable refractory lined shell depending on the process requirements.
