Stelter & Brinck’s SEN/SES preheaters are custom-designed systems for pre-heating multiple tundish nozzles or shrouds prior to their exposure to molten metal. These units feature cast-refractory nozzle holders and are engineered to match your specific SEN/SES geometry and temperature requirements. For seamless integration into your process, each unit comes equipped with:

Fully integrated control panel featuring first-out fault annunciator, PID digital temperature controller, FM-approved high-temperature limit, flame safety relay, main power disconnect, control transformer, and combustion blower motor starter. (UL 508A control panels available upon request.)
Remote interface capable- interface available for PLC or DCS systems to align with your plant automation
Built to your construction/ emission standards: FM, CE, GAP, NFPA or CSA/ low or ultra low NOx options
Fabricated with certified welders (AWS D1.1, D1.3, D1.6) for structural integrity
Delivered as a “single-piece construction” unit to reduce field installation time
