Ladle Dryer / Dryer-Preheaters / Preheaters

Systems Designed for Consistent Drying & Preheating

Stelter & Brinck ladle heating systems are designed for efficient, reliable operation across a range of ladle drying and preheating applications.

  • Ladle Preheaters – Designed for efficient fuel use while achieving specified preheating temperatures.
  • Ladle Dryers – Use high air recirculation rates to promote fast, even drying at lower temperatures.
  • Ladle Dryer-Preheater Combination Units – Feature burner capacity for specified preheating temperatures while maintaining high recirculation airflow to support fast, consistent drying—combining drying and preheating capabilities in one system.

FEATURES

Our ladle dryers, dryer-preheaters, and preheaters are packaged with burners and controls. Units are prewired and prepiped at our facility to simplify installation and support efficient start-up.
