FEATURES
Stelter & Brinck tundish dryers, dryer-preheaters, and preheaters are packaged systems complete with burners, controls, and the components specified for the application. Each unit is prewired and prepiped at our factory to simplify installation and support efficient start-up.
Each system is designed for dependable operation, precise temperature control, and integration with the specified process requirements. Standard features include:
- Integrated Control Panel: Includes annunciator, PID digital temperature controller, FM-approved high-temperature limit, flame safety relay, main power disconnect, control transformer, and combustion blower motor starter. UL 508A control panels are available upon request.
- Remote Operation Ready: Interface capability for use with PLC or DCS systems.
- Applicable Standards: Available to meet applicable specifications and standards, including FM, CE, GAP, NFPA, or CSA.
- Certified Craftsmanship: Welders certified to AWS D1.1, D1.3, and D1.6 standards.
- Service Support: On-site start-up assistance and ongoing combustion equipment maintenance are available.
